Beaver Lake conditions?

Just seeing if anyone has been to or knows anything about lake conditions right now on Beaver Lake. Hoping to take the girlfriend out and catch either some bass or gills. Thanks in advance, will give a good report when I get back. Any other suggestions for a good lake in a jon boat would be great.

I'd be interested in any info anyone has on Beaver Lake right now as well. Have the bass spawned already? Lake conditions? Grass conditions?

Went this morning grass was thick as I have ever seen it. Fished for 3 hours had some blow ups on the rage toad but no hook ups . When I did find a spot without grass caught a fish almost every cast on a brush hog mostly dinks 8"-12". Fish and wildlife where at the ramp getting ready to spray they said it will take a couple days and may not get it all. I love fishin frogs on the stuff but it was bad some spots mabye 50 yards off the bank and trolling motor wont go thru it. I dont even think the fish like it.

That's too bad about the grass I love to fish it but I understand the reasons they control it.
