a friend of mine went and put in at the state marina and he also said they had a hard time loading, but they said that the crappie they caught made it worth the little bit of trouble.

the crappie have been on fire since the water came up.....weve been out there twice and had a nice mess both times

I saw what the water looked like last Friday flowing into Green, so I know it was muddy. Maybe by this weekend it will clear some, but it will be high for some time.
I never caught crappie even in a pond when it was muddy. What is the secret?

the main lake is still as clear as it could be...surprised me to with the amount of rain weve had
