Hey lizman, wish I was going with you. Here is my skibby on KY/Barkley. I didn't make it to Barkley but ran past Paris on Thurs. through the fog and caught more fish than I did last year, they were bitting almost anyting you put in the stained water , most were not keepers but I had the time of my life. Friday was a different story by the 68 bridge, there were alot less bites but it seemed to hold better quality fish. My biggest fish was around 5 pounds in muddy water after the storm in about 10 ft. If it were me, I would find a flat close to the mouth of a creek and fish the bottom this time of year. Match the hatch unless the water is really muddy, and don't shy away from muddy water. Good luck
