got a small tourney out of van buren sat looking for water conditions and were in that area is a good place to fish its been about 15 years since i been there always stayed around the state ramp and me and the old man would troll crank baits and did preety good but have no idea about the rest of the lake is the cove across the boat ramp a good place or does it get a lot of pressure

The whole lake gets alot of pressure. The Lakes up about 4 feet and they are pulling it hard. 70 good fishermen weighted 6 fish last night. Good Luck

be careful in that cove lots of stickups. With the water up and muddy you may not be able to see them well.

Hey. ironhead The lake is up 6 to 8 feet. Muddy down on that end of the lake. Its slow. Real slow. There has been talk about moving the t-ment to the upper end of the lake so keep your phone on.
