Water!! Fast, deep, and dirty! It looks like the trees and logs are in their full spawning run down the river! Be careful if you go out.

Yes they are Joe.lol. There are some blues being caught I hit a couple small ones in the 15# range Fri. The water was dropping very fast and banks in some areas are heavily silted. Just a reminder to all, if you find any old line on the ground down there please pick it up, I got tangled in some weedeater line, probably60+ # test while wading out to cast to deep water and it really p****d me off someone would leave it....it could have been bad if it where someone else....like Joe said be careful down there...Chuck

i have been trying to get out for weeks. but, water is high , raining , i burnt my foot to a crisp and now have a bad case of bronchidus. it's been horrible. foot is better cough is better and have not had a smoke in three days (hope it continues) so this week im im off friday through tuesday and im fishing no matter what. we all will have to get together down there soon for a friday nighter.


BTW , never knew how unenjoyable throwing back the cold ones was without smoking but i need to give that up too i guess.

HEY,HEY,HEY, now dang it Doug the rivers been up so long I haven't been in my boat and a land lover. But the rivers down and I'll be back out in my puddle jumper untill I get my new boat fixed. I wish I'd have gotten you to look at it instead of were I took it. It's been a month now and no word on it. You need to get with John and head down Fri. I think Mark's hookin up with me, we can start the year off right...Chuck

Predicted 18ft at the lower gauge by Thur. Man if we can get up to the upper dam for a little driften I feel a 50+ comin Mark...
