anyone know any places near louisville or surrounding area that does performance work on mercs ?

tony reynolds on 44 east out of shepville..would be best for performance by far.He may be busy so don't expect to get back in a few days but it would be worth the wait.

thanks i believe i seen that shop one day but at the time i wasnt able to stop,do you know if he does like jackplate setting work and also on the motor

he can do any of it..he can build from stock to wild drag motors..and set you up to run.

I live in Bowling Green and I have everything including the special eye-bolt needed to install the jack plate on most any Merc. I can also go to the lake with you to set it up. PM me if your interested. I'll do it for almost nothing. It should only take a couple hrs. to put the J/P on and I'll guide a fishin trip on Barren when we're done setting it up, if your interested. I also have a 8" and 12" J/P for sale. The 8" is on my boat now but, I'll swap it with the 12" if you want the 8". I was going to anyway.

it has a jp on it already its just getting it set at the right height and all that fun stuff.as far as how the jp is mounted to the boat i have no idea if its in the right notch or not but you can look and tell that it has been moved but not since i have had the boat .but if i can find the free time from work i am all for boat work and fishin,lol

Hey fishdaddy not sure what the status is over at Reynolds Performance Marine. A couple of weeks ago Tony was killed test driving a boat on Taylorsville Lake. He will be missed.
