Fiddler's Tourney @ Rough???

YES July 18 2009 State Ramp. We were going to start the USA Bassin Night trail the same day but I Have Changed the start date on this to July 11 2009 for the KY-18 Night So I can fish the Fiddlers myself.

What is the time and fee. Rules same as Renegade or USA trails ? ( Slot fish and boat insurance requirements )
