Peter cave access at Rough?

Is the Corp's year long pass good at Peter Cave or do you still have to pay the people who own the marina?

from what i understand is the pass is good at any lake you have a ramp fee.

I believe that Peter cave is leased and they charge to launch there, the pass is not good unless it has changed. If you find out any different please post. Thanks
