Ive been a fan of the p-line fluoroclear for awhile, but I think I'll try the Basspro Excel. I respool with new line several times a season, so it would be nice to save a few bucks if the line meets what Im looking for.

I have tried the Bassproshops excel line & I in know way like it. I've broke it & lost fish using it on my heavy action flipping sticks& it was twenty pound test. Maybe i got ahold of some that was old, but lost 2 tournaments in a row because of it. Simply not enough abrasion resistance for me. Is it better than it was say 5 years ago???
theres good and bad in all of it, i just bought a spool of seagar and it was junk but im gona keep try n it
BassPro Xcel in flourescent blue. Looks like rope under blacklights.

The Excel seems to me to have a lot of memory to it after the first use with it in my opinion .Just my opinion ! I like the P-line cx premium as well.
