Took my son, Dad, and younger brother to dam in Louisville for some cats. Water looked good, with some color. Good current and level was only a few feet up so I was expecting good bite. We got shut out. Fished cut skippies on the bottom in various locations below lower dam. Did not see any bait, or other fish in area. Seen several other boats and bank fishers, but only seen one cat caught (guessing it was 10#). Weather cooperated with no rain so it was a pleasant night out.
