Been two weeks no cigs

Been on Chantex for three weeks now have not smoked in almost two, have not had the withdraws as bad as before and also the uruge is deminished somewhat, The smell even gets to me now, so hope this ends this habit. the last few I smoked made me sick at my stomach. Seems this stuff does work, have not had the bad dreams like some said you have, heck all my dreams are weird anyway. like me, so that is normal.

While I've never been a smoker, I know a lot of friends who say it is the worse thing they've ever been addicted to.

that great Bobby. i tried but relapsed a few days ago. the thing that is making it so hard for me is work. i am a warehouse supervisor and dont have to do much but make sure others get the stuff done and i get very bored ( guess i could help them a little ) but all the other supervisors smoke like every half hour out back and our desk sits right near the back door and i can smell it and i of course crave it. i can get the chantex for free and i dont know why my dumb butt hasnt taken it yet . my grandmother tried it but stopped and she has a few months supply of it at her house. i know its bad but every one is different when it comes to addictions and for me i have already kicked a few bad habbits in my twenties that i thought was gonna kill me before i could quit using and smoking cigs is what i have had the toughest tim kicking. youd think it would be easy after quitting the other bad habbits but cigs are for sure a very addictive drug and the withdraws are horrible.

keep up the good job Bobby and hopefully i can say the same sooner than later.

The Chantax has really worked for me, if you can get it free get it, but it would be better to go thru your Dr or therapst first to get you started right, you have to move up gradully the first week. I still grave one every now and then but I have better control this time it seems,could be phsyological, or the med's or both as you must WANT TO QUIT, to get the best results. Hang in there, my job is very stressful but I want to be able to enjoy my retirement and tired of wasting money up in smoke.

My scrip cost's less than a carton of cig's and also last's longer. I was going thru a carton and part of one a week,, 60 bucks a week x 4 = 240 mth +-. a boat or truck payment and cc card payoff.
