head lights for a boat

I guess we shouldn't use headlights on a car, cause you know, you might blind someone...geez, give me a break!

The other week I was on going down Lake Cumberland at night when a boat came around a bend with bright headlights. I was blinded for a good 30 seconds before they passed and it took a couple more minutes for my night vision to come back. Being blinded on Cumberland with all the debris out there is not a good thing. I had to come to a stop until I got my night vision back, thanks buddy.
