KY River Anyone??

The KY river looks great in Woodford County and am hoping to get down there this weekend. Anyone been on the river lately?? Looks like the bass should be on crankbaits and maybe topwaters if they are off the beds and some surprise drum on those cranks sure are fun. Any help is greatly appreciated and I will report if in fact I do make it onto the river if life's priorities work themselves out the way I hope and pray!!!

Went to Slate Branch this past Sat. Main river was not really fishable. Was able to get several LM in the creeks (some on beds still) Biggest was around 4lb.

In Camp Nelson Pool the water has been murky and just this week fishable. A few small bass being caught on plastics off rock ledge banks. If the present storms doesn't mess things up, the fishing should inprove. It just depends upon water clarity and current speed.
