I have done this two times and cought quality fish. Once was at barren I cought 2 good keepers about 3.lbs and then I got hung up and was to lazy to retie. Then the same thing happend at taylorsville got two good keepers real fast then got hung and did not retie again. It is a good way to catch fish but you get hung alot and you lose your bait and both times I lost my beeds,swivel,and sinker. So I was looking at every time I do this I will lose any where from $7.00 to $10.00 gurinteed. I would like to do this more but don't want to lose money and baits. If any of you all do this type of fishin and know a way to keep from getting snaged alot or two keep from loseing baits please let me know. And if there ant a way to keep from doing it can you get away with cheeper cranks with the results so it don't hert the pockit as bad.
