I'm surprised nobody's posted on this lawsuit yet. My thinking is, even verbal contracts can be binding, and judges can and do uphold them in court. So to me this "memorandum of understanding" that they had is ample proof that both parties had agreed that he was to be paid $1.5 million for the next five years no matter what, and that he was performing his duties with that expectation. I don't know about the punitive damages and other stuff he's asking for, but I think he wins the $6 million. What are your thoughts?
