Just got the report and they are calling for 21' tomorrow, anybody been this week? Is it chocolate milk from the past rains??? And what do you guys call safe conditions for fishing below the dam? IMHO 15'-19' is safe if you know the area well, just looking for what you other river folks think.... I was looking to head down early morning tomorrow below the hydros since there is 36' open at the upper... Mainly looking for some hybrids/stripes, but catching bait and trying for the blues in not out of the question.
