Accident at the falls

A buddy of mine called me yesterday and said a boat flipped at the lower dam yesterday. No one was killed. Does anybody have any info about this? My buddy said it was a boat full of Vietmanese. If it's the same ones I've seen down there before they don't have much common sense and it's a shame afew idiots will make it bad for everyone. Chuck I seen those people several times and they are completely clueless. Josh our buddy the DNR guy said he is waiting for them to kill themselves and he said the shame about it is he can't legally stop it. That boat, ''If it's really them'', is a Tub dude I mean a tub. Looks like the first 8 foot water drafting cabin cruiser ever made. When they all stand up in it they can barely see over the gunwales to know where they are going. Have fun in Florida Bromine!
