If you are bringing a boat, you can put in under the I-64 bridge in New Albany. Take first exit across I-64 bridge. Turn right at bottom of ramp. Go 3 blocks to Main (Hwy 111) and turn right. Go about 1/2 mile to waste treatment plant on left. Turn left (road name?) at end of fence and before liquor store. Go 1 block, turn left and ramp approx 1/4 mile. Water front is being remodeled but should not interfere with ramp. I use this ramp because the current can be too strong in Clarksville.

Clarksville ramp: Cross I-65N into Indiana. Approx 1/2 mile, veer off to the right for New Albany. Follow ramp to Stansifer Ave (first stop light). Turn left on Stansifer and go 3-4 blocks to first stop sign (Clark?). Turn right, go one block to stop sign. Turn left on Harrison and follow to ramp. Keep an eye out for 3 stop signs on Harrison...they are easy to miss. Check currents before launching...they can be rough when the river is up.

An alternative is to fish off the shore below the Interpretive Center on Indiana shore. Cross I-65 into IN and take first exit. Follow signs to "Fall of the Ohio". It can be tricky for first timers. I believe you can also Google "Falls of the Ohio"
