Where is everyone coming from? I would think Bryants would be easier to get to .

Looking for a ramp up lake from Gwinn Island for a small group of guys (6 or 7 boats) for Saturday, June 27th. King's Mill says they don't have enough room for us. Bryant's looks like they have the space but getting there involves some skinny roads and some turns that may get some of us lost in the dark early a.m. Does anybody know how much parking might be available at Coffey's Cove (formerly Key's Landing)???
We are trying to stay up the lake to avoid the worst of the recreational traffic.
I'm going to check things out on Thursday in person... just wanted some input before I go.
Thanks,
John

there is room at keys for several trucks with trailers. you may just have to park in the upper lot.
Everyone's coming from Frankfort, Lawrenceburg, and Georgetown.
One thing to think about is that Backwaters is having their open tournament that same night. Last year there was 120+ boats in that one. I wouldnt expect much less this year. They put on a top notch tournament. The lake will be extremely crowded.
Bryant's Camp is in my opinion the best ramp on the lake although in the extreme upper part of the lake , and not that bad of a travel route from Highway 34 . But I believe there is an annual , Nadco, Company from Berea, all night , invatation only tournament going out of Bryant's Camp as well . Along with the Backwaters of Lexington tournament , it may well be crowded on the night of the 27th .
We're going to fish in the daytime. I feel sorry for all those night time guys that fish after we do... those bass will have a bad case of the sore mouth... !![]()
