Two years old and over 700 hours now and still ticking
There are two kinds of motors...those that are going to blow...and those that have blown....everybody has an opinion about a certain brand of motor and everybody likes what they have on their boat....i personally have a yamaha Vmax and wouldnt trade it for anything...just have the motor gone through before you buy and if it checks out thats all you can do
The motor doesn't need to be inspected because it's brand new and has never been in the water.
Are you in real estate? That phrase is WAY overused with realtors! Ha ha ha!
"There's two kinds of concrete, concrete that's cracked, and concrete that's gonna crack..."
Just thought that was funny.
As for the motors - being a 2007 model, I'd say you're in good shape no matter what brand it is. The fuel injection technology on outboards has come a long ways - the mid to late 90s are the year models that you really had to pick and choose....nowadays, they're all pretty reliable, as long as they've been cared for and properly winterized each year...that's the biggie right there![]()
