Went on Vacation 2 weeks ago, and just got back.
Wanting to head down later on this week when the water settles.

Hows the action been down there? Is the Bite on?

Surprise, surprise, the river is high, muddy, and filled with debris.

I've been down a few times in the last several weeks. Nothing has been biting for me except the drum on nitecrawlers. There have been some nice drum, 4-6 lbs, and they fight well. We are all waiting for the water to clear to go after some stripers.
