Re: Looking for a light weight rod

I got a couple rods from a guy around Indy. Goto feathercast.com he was really nice and sent the rods quickly. It is the lightest rod I have. I did some trading with him and he seemed like a good dude.

I'll second Feather-Cast. Brian Althouse is a standup dude and you will get more than you paid for. Less than $200 clams delivered and it will be sensitive and light, plus his warranty is as good as any out there. Carrot Stix ain't worth the effort. I have been building for a long time and I am not impressed. Anything made out of all natural byproducts is certain for failure, especially if you use it consistantly.
