Can anyone give me advice on where to go to get scales for weighing fish? I want the type that are used in most tourname#*s, not the kind you hang each fish on. But I don't have any experience in what to look for, so any help is appreciated!

I work in the shipping business and Mettler Toledo is the most reliable, best known brand out there. They can be expensive though. Might check for used ones off Craig's List or Ebay.
Try www.acculab.com
We bought our tournament scales there. They measure out to one-hundredth of an ounce, and have a LED display for night tournaments. They are very reliable, sturdy, and durable. They can run off batteries if an electrical outlet is not available. Also, their customer service is great. Just tell them what you're looking for and they will point you in the right direction. Ours were around $300, and in no shape, form, or fashion are they "cheap" scales. All stainless steel......
