I don't give a rats as* where a fish is caught as long as it hasn't been given an unfair advantage. Our native bass have to endure all the natural controls that has developed over eons to maintain a healthy balance. A bass introduced into Japaneese waters don't have to face these same perils. IF THIS DOES NOT GIVE THE TRANSPLANT AN UNFAIR ADVANTAGE PLEASE EXPLAIN YOUR POSITION???????????????????

If the bass in question is a native species to Japan then I remove my complaint.
