The KDFWR simply makes a requirement that every fisherman on Lake Cumberland must dump 3 large bags of cubed ice into the lake at the time and spot that he puts his first rods out. Recreational boaters, as they have more room, would be required to dump 6 bags of ice into the lake at the point that they cross out of the very first no wake heading for the main lake. And finally, each marina, in lieu of a portion of their state taxes for the year, must dump 50 bags of ice into the lake each day.
Then, Pro V brings the Limes, and I bring 3000 gallons of Makers Mark.......and presto chango.....Lake Cumberland becomes "Burbon and water on the rocks".
Stripers with a burbon buzz bite and fight for no other reason than to prove that they can! Fishing ought to be great!
No how much Tequilla do you think it would take to make Barren a Margarita?
