    There are some good 'gills in there in the spring when they go on the beds. We catch quite a few back in Tules Creek and way back in North Fork. I can't seem to get the big ones after they come off the beds, but still catch a bunch of smaller ones. I use a fly rod with a # popper or a small streamer. My dad catches his on a black popeye jig tipped with wax worm under the smallest bobber he can find.

    get your flyrod out...I`ve been catching some nice gills on nolin on a flyrod,,plus a blast to catch them that way
