I got out and hit one of my favorite little ponds this afternoon. Great weather for July. I had been dying to try out a 5 in senko on this pond (just starting fishing a senko about a month ago...best weightless worm ever). There is a spot on this pond where a tree limb hangs out over 2 feet of water and casts a good shadow and I flipped a pearl blue & black flake senko prefectly under the limb and she just KILLED IT. She jumped 6 times but made a perfect hook set...right in the top of the mouth. Was excited and had to share it with you guys. The little lady was with me so actually got some good pics.
