I just want to know why Obama dresses like this when he goes to Africa?

a. All kids like to dress-up.
b. His tux was in the cleaners
c. That's not traditional garb, its gauze. He cut himself shaving.
d. He was mocking them "na-na-na-na-naaaaaa-na, I can dress stupid tooooooooo".
e. He likes wearing his wifes clothes, but can't do it publicly in this country, too many reporters.
