Here's my question. Why doesn't the state mandate that all boat owners and/or operators have a license to operate a boat.

AGREE 100%. A moron on a 100 cc/300 pound motorcyle needs a license, but a guy running a 200hp, 70 mph, 2500 pound boat doesn't? What state congressional genius came up with that? And take the same moron on the motorcycle and compare him to the half-wit on a jet ski. Darn near the same vehicle weights, and motor sizes........Hey Frankfurt......WAKE UP!
