Fast going in the morning, not for sure were on Barren. Friend I don't know if i'll be going Sat. or not. The boy, I think, wants to take the old mustang to the curse at Somerset. I'll give a report when I get back.

i fish barren alot. if anyone want to share tips and locations let me know by PM.

Here what it was for me, got on the lake at 4:45, try a rock point with a crank and a black worm with no luck. Went shallow at first light and caught four on a black buzz. Had ahole of five or six more until about 7:00 and they quit. When to a rock bank and try a bandit 300, worm, spinner until about 10:00 and caught two. Went to a lizard and caught two more in about an hour, then went to the barn. All small the best two may have pushed two lbs.

got there @ midnight last night had whole lake to myself!!!!!!!!
the storms split and went around
all the fish i graphed were suspended aroun 14 to 16 foot
main lake temp is 77 or 78 and in the creeks it up as high as 85
caught 2 nice keepers and several dinks under a floating drop light after the bait fish started schooling around it using crank baits
an the 10" worm is always the goto bait

well how did everyones luck hold out last night?
we got wet an the fish i was on moved around a bit
got 2nd place at barren big bass classic
had a 4.34 and first was 4.35
(KINDA LIKE THE DIFFERANCE BETWEEN A BOLOGNA SANDWICH AN A STEAK DINNER)
caught several fish wacky wormin
and a fat free shad COOLER WATER SEEMED TO BE THE MAIN THING
