always give your conceal permit when you hand over drivers license or fishing license, that way they know you are carrying. also, not in glove comp. if you don't have a permit, it is concealed then. also, just because it's good in Ky don't mean it's good everywhere. Congress is actually looking at making a concealed permit reciprical in all states like your drivers license but it's not passed yet. Fla, Pa have very strict gun laws. A friend got caught in Pa. for speeding and had a conceal permit and a gun in glove box, got taken to the clink, they don't recognize other states permits there, but that was a few years ago so I don't know if it's changed now.
