With concealed weapons permit you would be fine carrying it anywhere in your boat or on your person. Even without the permit you could still wear it on your side in a holster as long as your shirt does not cover the gun and conceal it. In your vehicle with the permit your free to carry it anywhere. W/O A permit you are NOT Allowed to have it in the seat next to you or on the dash board. The law is that if you can make one move and be armed w/o a permit it is Illegal. The glove box is legal b/c that is considerd 3 moves one to reach one to open and one to grab the weapon. Please do not have a weapon in the open if you are not licensed
