Elwood Update

Nevermind Bonefish I got to talk to him....

Fellows, how any man can endure what he has already went through is beyond me.


Now, it seems like all the other stuff is petty compared to what he faces. It's heartbreaking to even type this. What they have to do to him next is somewhat exploratory. That's hard to swallow.

I told him I loved him like a brother and to hang in there, knowing he's heard that so much from so many over the past yrs. I will ask everyone to take a minute and ask the man upstairs to look out for him, give him something in the form of hope for him and all his loved ones who have been by his side during this time that seems like an eternity.

I just got back from visiting Elwood. I wish I had better news but he still has difficult issues to overcome. It is of most importance that we keep him in our prayers, especially in these next few days. On a positve point, he was still giving me pointers on what I did wrong when I failed to boat my two big fish last week.

Have never met Elwood but have always enjoyed reading his posts....hate to hear that a member of our fishin family is going through tough times....prayers sent from my direction
