    Left the skin on some walleye fillets and followed your instructions, but cooked it on the grill. Walleye is great eating, but that was the best ever.

    Forgot the most import thing, lemond juice. Put it on the fish or lemon slices on the fish before cookingl.....SORRY>>>> Olive oil keeps the fish from drying our....keeps the juice in...

    I just showed this to my wife. She made me add lemon juice. Now she has a big head. It can't be the lemon juice that made it sooooo good - can it??? Oh well, it was great (unbelievably good) and by the way, the olive oil did a great job of keeping the fire going.

    Oven,..Oven.. If on the grill, I would wrap the fish in foil....no flames and gives you "steam cooked fish". Glad you liked the fish..Wife was right..Lemon...Lemon...
