Re: thoughts on bass pros xps flouro??

I use Gamma FC most of the time over the past 3 years. Works great. Almost never a broken line or knot. Sensitive, strong, but expensive.

I tried some BPS 17# last summer. It worked well then I had a breakoff I did not think I should have had. I was not sure of it and decided to stay with old tried, true but a bit expensive.

p.s. Vanish is crap and 95% of the people who have fished it will tell you so in a very vocal way. Don't let vanish taint you on FC. A good FC is the only way to go for bottom bouncing. Flipping I use 20# gamma or 50# braid with braid being the norm. You are getting a reaction bite for the most part and I don't think visibility of the line makes any difference.
