You mean there will be a bank to take anything to left! I thought from all the rhetoric the economy would fail completely and we all would be working for the good of the communist society. On a serious note, do any of you consider the people in this country who die because they cant afford medical care or medicine? I have a good job and an excellent health benefit plan. Think about the family who struggles to make the rent payment, electric bill, water bill, food bill and I could list numerous bills I can afford. Suppose you and your wife have a car accident with lets say 3 children. The children and your wife are ok but you are paralized completely. You have the rent, electric,water,food and medical bills coming in that your wife cant meet. Who would you expect to come to the rescue? Taadaa, the government programs available to YOU! If you guessed something other than a gov program I am all EARS because I want to know how you and your wife would pay for all of these bills while keeping you alive? Sue the doctor would be an option, sue the person who caused your accident is a possibility. Other than that how would you provide for your family?

How is that my problem? Bad things happen all the time and some people get through it by having insurance and family but you see it as having the gubment to take care of it. I don't...The gubment programs are there for people who need it not life long and generations long abusers.

That scenario is a tear jerker but thats the typical tactice of the left. What about the person that works their tail off and sacrifices, pays bills and is a productive member of society? Why is he taxed to death while others ride for free? Why? Maybe if your "example" guy wasn't taxed so much he could afford the insurance to sustain his family in your scenario or have saved money for the tough times instead of being targeted for being a productive member of society.

The economy is falling apart jobs are still being lost and this is after we bailed out large corps and are printing money like crazy. How many billions or trillions have we spent? Our gubment has cashed out with the Chinese with every refinancing of our future generations. You call that rhetoric?? I know you implied you were playing around but I see it as a more serious issue. Especially since the Lib obama acted like he could fix it without raising taxes and pushed his agenda through without anyone reading or knowing what it was. So that economic recovery debacle isn't fixed but you are willing to spend trillions more to start another gubment program?? Sounds down right ridiculous to me..
