Hey Chub, I will admit to stirring the pot a little. I am like most of you except I differ about the programs avaliable to us all. Like most of you if I became unemployed I would want unemployment benefits. If I became disabled I would want to draw disability. You get the idea where I am going im sure. Someone in a previous post said if they were not taxed so much they could afford medical insurance and take care of any family disatsers. It dont take much of a disaster to run up a medical bill of 200,000$. But dont worry because you have insurance. What about the ones who are not as fortunate as you to be able to afford insurance? You will say they can get free care at the emergency room. You will say they can just die because they are too lazy to work. You can ignore the problem because it dont affect you. People are dying in this country and thats a fact. Alot of people had rather pay taxes for a good road to drive on and pay taxes for unemployment benefits and for disability and could care less about the less fortunate. I care about the ones who cant afford anything but free air to breathe thats polluted.
