Laurel Lake Info

Heading to laurel this weekend and for all the lakes i've fished around it have never actually fished it! Any advice on eliminating some water or certain techniques (crankbaits, soft plastics, etc.) that are working right now would really be appreciated.

Sorry I missed this earlier, I'm not much into bass fishing these days (used to be) mostly walleye, trout, cats now. But from what I hear (was there last weekend both days , fish there often) bass were nailing cranks (shad raps, etc.)

Points, in the timber was best then (again according to what I was told)

thanks for the info. Report: fished just about all day and got spanked. fished timber in the morning with topwaters and cranks. nothing. moved to points after that with brush hogs, jigs, and deep running cranks. nothing.
Great day to be on the water though so no complaints over all. Beautiful lake.
