    Green River Lake Walleye???

Anyone out there know how to catch walleye at Green River Lake this time of year. We have caught a couple by accident over the years, but nothing to really speak of. Some people tell me that the lake is full of them, others say not. We can usually catch some below the dam in the winter, but never really tried the lake. Not asking for honey holes just general info. Any info would be appreciated.

    Thanks
    S Burns

    Re: Green River Lake Walleye???

I tried trolling for them around the 4th of July, no luck. I did catch lots of largemouth, keeper crappie, drum, and catfish. The crappie was on chunk rock banks between rock ledges and the bass were out off mud points. I thought I might have got lucky and caught a few eye's or even smallmouth.
