Town Hall Meetings

Have any of you been to one? Heard of one in your local areas? I would love to attend one and be part of the planted conservative concerned citizens.

I looked at the websites for McConnel, Bunning and Brett Guthrie and none of them have any meetings listed.

Man these politicians are sure stinking up the town hall meetings. The Dems are planting union and acorn workers to spy and support the healthcare bill.

Blinky Pelosi says we are unamerican for opposing gubment healthcare. This is totally disgusting and it very upseting to think that these same people (politicians) can't support the veterans or states that have gubment healthcare properly but want to steamroll us into this latest socialistic plan.

I'm against government healthcare, even against having a government option, because that would inevitably lead to a government takeover. I don't really like the way people are hijacking the meetings, however. Some of the things they are shouting about are not even being discussed. I like to see politicians squirm as much as the next guy but there has to be a better way...

I haven't heard of that but it wouldn't surprise me. It's sad that such a major issue that effects us all ends up being about who gets their way and not about whats right.

Imagine being there and wanting to speak up but you get tagged as a racist or nazi because you don't agree with the agenda....that would piss me off.

I've read some of what was posted on-line and I find it quite scary at best. Socialized medicine won't work, it has never worked anywhere it has been tried.

Great point but I also wonder how many of these politicians have read and UNDERSTOOD the bill? These nimrods have a history of just pushing things through.

I have watched several videos on and off t.v., CNN, Fox and utube and none of it sounds good.

Bottom line to me is how are the native american indians treated and who covers their healthcare? How are the veterans treated? How are the VA hospitals doing? How about medicare? Medicaid? Gubment housing? Unemployment bennies? Welfare? Social Security? How about gubment funded healthcare states like Mass.? How well did the bailout do? How well is this cash for clunkers program doing? How is the battle over illegals doing? How is the war doing?

Lets fix a few of these first and even get a few of them running properly before we trust these dimwits with another major part of our life. The gubment is not the answer folks. They booger up and corrupt everything they try and fix.
