I thought it was all over when my 332C went out as it was an older model. I e-mailed Linda to ask if there was anything I could do and she sent me a replacement head unit.
I will be a Lowrance customer for a long time.
I too like lowrance products but if u ever call them be sure and use a land line or your cell bill will be more than a whole new unit.... i say that with sarcasm but i have stayed on hold for well over an hour with them before..... but i needed something fixed.... and they ended up mailing me a new puck style transducer for my depthfinder too.... i couldnt get the temp to work adn it wasnt a temp sensing transducer...so they hooked me up.......
