Blue grass fwa

Just going to keep up dating thos thread from now on. I'll be fishing blue grass atleast three times a week and don't want to spam the board.

8/20. Fished for three hours. Pretty slow going only 3 under 14".

8/24. Went pretty well. Caught 7 7"-10" crappie off the deep points over grass. One cat. Fished the H for about 2 hours later in the day. Caught a lot of bass but only one over 18".

8/27. Fished for about 4 hours this morning. Caught a couple dozen or so, only one keeper that went 3.9lbs. Shad balled up very well abot 10am right on the surface, used a black spinner right through them and they hit it very hard. One really strange thing here atleast a dozen dead cats floating on the surface. God did it stink around the island.

9/1 and a good day early. Caught 11 with only one above 18". Bluegrass was packed. Should of grabbed the gun. Doves everywhere!

I think dove season is closed for a few days unless you were drawn for the hunt.

9/2. Great day! Killed them early back in the H. Switched to the main body and jerked a crank under the Shad. Caught 2 at 3.5#. And 32 bass total. Tossed a small beetle spin under the Shad and caught 10 crappie. I hope it keeps up!
