Come out and join in brother, this event is a BLAST and it is not like most where the same people seem to win quite often. It is really a crap shoot on what it will take to actually WIN it, some weeks over 4 lbs, and most (like this week) in the 3's will get'er done. Either way, the guys that particiapate are TOP NOTCH (both running and fishing it) and REALLY friendly to everyone. I have not found ANY other event, in our area, where guys will actually give you some "hints" on where they caught fish and on what (that's how nice these fellows are). Although everyone wants to win, I would say 95% or better enjoy just being on the water with each other and the talks afterward.
