What is the best Plug-Knocker you have made?

2 oz. sinker and big snap swivel. Get directly over the snag, snap swivel the sinker to your line and drop it right on top of your bait. Jig it a few times... About 95% of the time you'll get it back.

This isn't very fancy but it's quick and cheap if you lose it.

I generally have my wife swim down and unhook it but when she isn't with me I use the old lead hounddog

I use the same thing. Even tried some bigger sinkers that work just as well. I tried the fancy stuff and poles but nothing has worked as well as these.
