I agree with you 100%! But at the same time I'm starting to second guess this entire American verses foriegn made stuff. I know that for quite sometime "American" auto's have been made with parts produced over seas and only assembled here in the U.S., so now I ask myself just how much difference is there by being loyal and true to my American auto workers verses going and buying a "foriegn" vehicle? I have ALWAYS owned "American"...I've always been a Chevy guy. Maybe the new terms we should use are "domestic" and "import"...I guess a Chevy could be considered an import if it entered our country by plane or by boat, couldn't it? I'm pretty dag gone sure I'll never own a Toyota or Nissan or any of those other "imports". I'm not in the market to buy a newer vehicle but as far as I'm concerned Chevrolet is still making vehicles that I'd like to own.

I guess to me that as far as the auto industry is concerned it sure does seem like a global market place for sure in my opinion.
