Acadia Sport Rod?

Today, I got this envelope soliciting a buy one get one free rod from this company. Does anyone have one of their rod and/or reel and what's your opinion on it? I am wondering how they got my name and address anyway. How do they know that I fish or do they just send it to everybody in the country. FLW, BPS, and Gander Mtn are the only 3 places that know I fish and have my name and address. One of these 3 is doing extra business with my info.

I got the same offer. I was trying to figure out how they got my name also. I thought maybe Bass pro, Cabelas, or Ebay.

I got one earlier this year. I buy stuff from Bass Pro, Cabelas, ****'s, and Gander Mountain. I just threw it away.

My friend has been using them but got to say I don't think much of them.

Had 2 of them only fished with 1 for a little bit as a cranking rod. Did not care for them that much
