just got shafted by AT & T
i bought a new motorola tundra on july 1st adn had insurance put on the plan cuase i upgraded and done all the usuall stuff they want you to.... well yesterday the phone met its maker from a high fall... it broke the screen.... i go to cingular or att whatever it is now to get another one and file my claim pay the 50 bucks and go on with life NOPE.... well last year on august 29 2008 was the last time i filed a claim but i had 2 claims that year and they cancelled me then on that day... well the manager at att didnt tell me this when i bought my plan on july 1 2009 and when he put insurnace on it went thru and according to att my plan was cancelled on july 3 cause of 2 claims the year prior..... so i just paid 200 for a phone i used less than 2 months that i was under the impression that i had insurance on and i have had my own cell plan with them for 6 years..... and never paid late and had always had good help from them but now they hang me out to dry.... what makes me so mad is that they cancelled my insuance and didnt notify me of the changes to my plan..... grrr but yall might want to check into it cause to replace teh exact phone is 499.99 dollars but they will sell me one for 200 plus a 75 fee for something else for being such a good customer.... but i can put insurance on my phone in a few days but they wont let me call adn get a new phone because i called them today wanting a replacement phone.... what do u do???
