Barren River Question???

Guys-
I was wondering (since I'm not a tourney), do all the tournaments pull-out at the State Marina on Barren? Or do they use other marinas as well? Just curious, thanks.

Most tourneys, especially large ones, go out of State dock because there is no launch fee. I'm sure other ramps are used as well, but State is usually the most popular in my experience.

A lot of tournaments also use the new Port Oliver ramp at the dam. You do have to pay the state ramp fee, but it is a great ramps for tournaments. It has a four lane ramp and lots of parking room.

three diffrent ramps are used. state ramp, port oliver, and penninsula ramp. 31e tournaments, wens night big fish tourny, and thursday night tourny out of state ramp. poor boys tournys out of port oliver ramp. tuesday night big fish out of penninsula ramp. bfl tourny goes out of port oliver. this saturdays black bag tourny goes out at state dock. hope this helps.
