It is nice to go fishing and catch them like that. I does not happen to often. Congrats and thanks for the report.

Went to barren last night. Had a very enjoyable trip. Caught a bunch of fish & a few pretty good ones too. All caught on main lake points. Some were better than others. Mostly where it was a little darker but still had some moonlight. All fish came on 1 Green Pumpkin Magnum Flipping Tubes with the tail dyed chartruese & a rattle inside 2 Junebug Baby Brush Hogs with tail died & 3 Carolina Rigged Senkos. Only 1 fish last night on jigs, but flat wore them out on the other baits mentioned. Every fish was on main lake around 15 to 20 Ft. deep & very agressive. They would flat drill it when they hit. Good qualit & healthy Large & Smallmouth( & a few quality1.5 to 2lb Kentucks too) Back to the same old same old on Cumberland tonight.

Good to hear there still biting, went to Lake Cumberland sat nite, maybe the slowest nite ever for me fish 12hr not one keeper a few shorts, dont understand why the fish are not bitting.
This is a broken record at Cumberland this year I really have no idea why???????????????
Had 4 decent Kentucks at Cumberland Saturday night at the point right above the water pump on north side of White Oak. All came on a Junebug Baby Brush Hog with tail dyed Chartreuse of course lol. They would nail it as I was just barely easing it up out of the rocks. They then shut off & we moved to several spots & only had 2 more bites but no hookups. Also had 2 good thumps on a jig with a blade attached earlier, but again no hookups. When the moon got real high they quit for us. Pretty much the darkest part of the bank withtheleast amount of moonlight on it both on Barren Friday & the same for Cumberland Saturday night. I totally agree about the Cumberland comment as it's without a doubt the worst year I've ever had. I just can't find them.
