Quoting from another post, it appears they just dumped a ___load of planters in at the Wolf Creek Dam. You should be able to tear up the little guys all day long.
The CR is having a rough time right now. Enjoy her while she lasts.

Took my son down this weekend to Dam we had lots of fun, the trout were hiting very well, the water is low not as much current as in the past.
